New Year's Resolution
Reach my goal weight of 80lbs. (yeah, just lowered it another 3lbs. What else is new? I keep lowering it.)  I calculated it and if I eat up to 140 calories a day, I can be down to 90 in 3 weeks, probably less since I usually go a day or two per week without eating. ninabootheawesome asked: so um... well.. its not that i WANT to be anorexic but.. i kinda wish i had the right motivation.. kinda like i wish i could have it for a month and just not eat so much afterwards... i dont wanna come off as rude or ignorant but its just something i feel... trying to lose weight is so hard for me and then i look at people who actually develop a fear of gaining too much weight and i wonder...

This week's schedule.
Thursday: Fill up on water until the hunger is absolutely unbearable then eat an apple. Broth acceptable for dinner. Friday: 1 serving of 100 calorie soup for lunch. Burn it all off at work later.  Saturday: Nothing all day. Fruit for dinner.  Sunday: Do not eat anything. No exceptions. Chew ice, drink water, sleep, make self busy, anything to distract from the hunger.  Monday: Broth. ...
